Order Processing
We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods. All orders are subject to product availability; acceptance of an order and completion of sale occurs when we confirm shipment. Prices, descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping, Taxes and Fees
Shipping costs, applicable taxes and any duties are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders of CAD75 or more. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you believe there is an error with shipping or taxes on your order, contact us for assistance.
Returns, Refunds and Liability
Returns are accepted within 30 days for most items; see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Promotional and clearance merchandise is final sale. We do not assume liability for delays or losses once an order leaves our warehouse. Our total liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the items in the order.
