We process orders from our Laval, QC location and typically handle processing within 1-3 business days. Shipping speeds depend on destination; see the Shipping & Delivery page for regional estimates. Free shipping applies to orders equal to or greater than CAD75; other orders ship at a flat fee stated at checkout.
Products & Selection
Our assortment includes loose leaf teas, matcha, sachets, teapots, mugs, pitchers, infusers, appliances and curated kits. If you want help matching a particular brew method to a product (for example, which matcha to use for lattes versus whisking), please consult the product listing or contact our team.
Returns & Support
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase as described on our Returns page. Promotional and clearance items are final sale. For damaged or incorrect shipments, reach out and we will assess the situation and suggest the next steps. Note that online orders cannot be returned in-store.
